Use your practice management software to make a spreadsheet of your top 20% best clients. Consider sending everyone on this list a special offer just for them, to thank them personally for being great customers.
Or maybe you could put on a special event evening for them with some interesting pet-themed speakers and pet prizes. Exclusive events like this will make your most valued customers feel special and help bond them to your business.
